Bugs and English???

I dont usually have a problem with subtitles, but my daughter has grown to enjoy watching Anime with me and she cannot read yet.... It would really be great if I could let her watch it in English on my phone for car rides. Plus Assassination Classroom will not pull up on the app at all, it says "500 ERROR"
Whats going on???
